Annie Ralph and her partners specialise in coaching and developing senior Executives, Non Executives as well as Management Teams and Corporate Boards.

Annie came to coaching after seventeen years at Board and Executive level appointments including ten years as a Chief Executive in Local Government and seven years as a Non Executive Director in the NHS. With this background enriched by further qualifications and experience in executive coaching, coaching supervision and mediation she works independently and with partners to support leaders in creating sustainable change, achieving real results through real performance.

Executive coaching One-to-one executive coaching is the tried and tested way for people working in organisations across all sectors of business to develop their personal performance and the performance of their teams
Executive coaching enables you to take that next step beyond training. By working with us you will find ways that work best for you, you can then put your knowledge gained from experience and training into everyday practice, achieving real results through real performance.
Coaching supervision As a supervisor l create a time and place for you as a Coach or Mentor to reflect and increase effectiveness in your practice.
Supervision gives you a degree of protection and a place to receive support. You gain an opportunity for professional development and ongoing learning
Supervision can take place on a one to one basis or you can join an existing group or create a new one with your peers.
Annie is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and subscribes to its Code of Ethics on supervision.
Experience of setting up coaching and mentoring schemes with national development programmes for senior executives and within individual organisations
