Coaching
We coach clients to develop their leadership attitudes, capabilities and behaviours whilst keeping their own style, values and integrity.

Our coaching  style  is to achieve agreed and clearly articulated outcomes with my clients enabling them to be self aware, using their own skills and competencies  to take responsibility for making major change, We are  familiar with and use (often with leading partners in the field)  a number of development and profiling tools.

We are sensitive to the confidentiality of client sessions and the needs of sponsoring and corporate clients and has experience of setting up company coaching and mentoring schemes both with national development programmes for senior executives and within individual organisations.

Our coaching is based on belief systems of integrity, natural justice, access of opportunity and respect of the individual, these are evident in our coaching, for example sensitivity to language and valuing difference.
